In 2011, Brian A. Shelton received his BBA in Energy Management with a minor in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. During undergrad, Brian was a varsity member of the University of Oklahoma Wrestling team. In 2014, Brian received his JD from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During law school Brian was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta, Harlan Chapter law fraternity and also served as the Treasurer of the Energy Resources Law Student Association.

Brian is currently licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Real Property Lawyers Association and the Energy and Natural Resources Law Association. Brian is also a member of the Young Professionals in Energy, Oklahoma City Association of Petroleum Landmen and the American Association of Petroleum Landmen. Brian’s area of practice focuses on the preparation of acquisition, drilling and division order title opinions.
