With over 35 years of dedicated service in the humanitarian sector, Sameer Petro is a transformative figure in coaching and personal development. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he seamlessly blends his extensive experience with a passion for empowering individuals and organizations. Recognizing the potential for broader impact, Sameer transitioned into coaching in 2001, focusing on management teams and executives and leveraging his humanitarian insights to foster environments of growth and resilience.

In 2008, Sameer co-founded the Ithraa Center for Training in Amman, Jordan, serving as its Executive Director. Under his visionary leadership, Ithraa has become instrumental in unlocking human potential, offering customized training, coaching, and workshops. The center has empowered over 12,000 people across five countries through experiential and practical learning, emphasizing continuous growth and sustainable change. Sameer's commitment to professional development is further underscored by his certification as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, integrating advanced therapeutic models into his coaching practice.
